Yes, a delicious breakfast is included in the price of the bed or room. Selection of bread, ham, cheese and veggies waits for you daily from 7.00 – 10.30 am. We also serve muesli with milk or yogurt.

The hostel has 48-hours cancellation policy. Guests who do not cancel 48 hours in advance will be charged for the first night of their stay. Remember cancellations are accepted only by email or our website at least 48 hours in advance ( till 00.01AM two days before your arrival)

Although we love our furry little friends, we sadly do not allow dogs, cats, coatis, or any other pets to spend the night. It is simply too difficult to keep the rooms to our standard of cleanliness while allowing them to stay.

Yes, we do accept most popular credit card like Visa, Mastercard, Amex. Payment is due on the arrival. There are also few ATM next to the hostel – cash is always welcome.
We accept only polish zloty (PLN). At the check in, we will show you the best exchange places in town. Avoid exchange place at the Airport and Train Station.
No, only the small booking fee of 6 PLN is charged at the time of booking and your credit card is used to guarantee your reservation. The remaining amount is due at the check in.
From April till October we accept max 6 people per booking. If you try to make a separate booking for group bigger than 6 people you will be denied to check in and will be charged for the entire stay.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT STAG/BACHELOR/HEN PARTIES If you are this type of group you will be asked to leave the hostel and will be charged for your whole reservation.
There is a maximum stay of 14 nights per booking.
We hope that the name of our hostel is memorable but luckily there are no mosquitos living in the hostel 😉

Some of our private rooms have ensuite bathrooms. If you are booked into a dormitory you will share the bathroom with others. There are two big male & female bathrooms and two small individual ones.

No, all of our dormitories are mixed gender. If you require more privacy you are more than welcome to stay in one of our private rooms.

Check-in starts from 1 PM. but If you are arriving early in the morning feel free to get in and wait for your room/bed in our common area (have a shower, cup of tea/coffee, check your email) or just drop off luggage and go look around our beautiful city – when you come back your bed will be waiting for you :-). Our reception is open 24/7 so no problem with late check ins.

Check out is till 11 AM daily. If your train/bus/plane leave late you are more than welcome to use the shared spaces at the Mosquito. Yes, we will also take care of your luggage.
While we do like children, our Mosquito is designed for the younger crowd where activities with alcohol have a place. Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and is not allowed to stay in the dorms.
Mosquito Hostel is open to guests of all ages. However we do have an age limit for dormitories, so only people between 18 – 45 years old are able to stay in our dorms. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No. Sleeping bags are prohibited at our hostel due to sanitary regulations. We provide all guests with complimentary fresh linen and towels (extra 5PLN towel fee for dorms).
Yes, we do have a washing machine and its free of charge. However, we do not have a tumble drier but we provide racks to dry clothes.
